Step 1: Go to Windowsupgradeoffer.com (India)

Step 2: Now press the Continue button placed at the bottom left corner.

Step 3: Fill up the form with real information. If you’re unsure then download Windows 8 Upgrade Assistant from here.

Step 4: Fire up Windows 8 Upgrade Assistant. It will check your system and report any issues or incompatible apps. Click on Next at the bottom right option

Step 5: On the next Window make sure you choose the appropriate option (I selected Windows settings, personal files, and apps) to keep your data intact. Once again, select Next option from bottom right corner

Step 6: It will prompt you with a Window saying Just a little bit longer. Press Next.

Step 7: You will be presented with Windows 8 Pro version and buying option. Click Next. In the next window, you can also select to purchase a DVD worth Rs.1060.00. Click on Checkout

Step 8: In case, if you have skipped the first part of Step 3, you can enter billing information here. Click Next

Step 9: You will be asked to provide more information about your previous Windows 7 purchase. Make sure you enter correct information. Also make sure you enter the date after 2nd June 2012 to unlock this promotion code.

Step 10: Select the payment method (paypal or credit card).
